BW Dips x 7
BW Pullups  x 7
Abstrap hanging Knee Raises x 14
BW Squats x 21

x5 Sets, 45~75 second breaks

getting better definitely. also had YC who pushed me to my limits..

and by limits, i mean..

we went to the gym right afterwards and did triple grip lat pulldowns.

7 standard, 7 reverse grip, 7 parallel grip @ 70
5,5,5 @ 90
3,3,3, @ 100

9.9.9 @ 60kg
7.7.7 @ 75kg
5.5.5 @ 90kg

about as hard as I've ever pulled...almost cried a couple times.


and more vanity shots. I still can't see why my back isn't filling up. is it too much fat?
