0406 S&S2 Week 1 Day 3



great workout with the cables/highpulls. Mr. Montierth responded to my PM on Facebook and solved my questions...(he's such a cool guy..)

backsquats for time was a serial biscuit, and so i just went with 75 seconds on the 55kg and then 25 reps on the 45. both were pretty horrible. oh, and i also did them as FSQ.

nothing special, but the football practice today felt absolutely horrible. weak, tired, dizzy..
