11-08-20 Arms Supplments.

열흘가량 운동 쉬었다가
다시 시작했다.











몸 푸는데 15분 정도 걸렸는데
갑자기 화장실이.. -_-
상/하체 큰 근육군은 파워 위주로 훈련하고

팔은 근비대 프로그램으로 가는것이 이상적인 것 같다.
복근도 적당하게 하고 싶었는데
아침도 못 먹고 기력 부족으로 gg

내일은 좀 달리고 몸 풀어야지.

 체중계 왈; 100.5kg.

목표는 90인데.. 맨날 말만. 아흐.

Somebody else was using the lat machine,
so I just went with 6 sets of triple-grip
(widegrip, standard pronated, parallel) pullups instead.
It was a challenge, because my grip was giving out...
Something to workon..

Getting pretty good at squeezing shoulder blades together with the cable rows.
Weighed in @ 102~103 kgs today. i really suck at this losing-weight thing.

SNH: Week 4 Day 4

Cleans 3 x 3 @ 100kgs
 
Deadlifts 8 x 3 @ 150kgs

  Abstrap Hang Knee Tuck 8 x 6 @ BW  
Front Squats 2 x 25  50
Alternating Hamstring Curls (stand) 50  

FOR JULY 28.
have been far too inconsistent with posting logs.


..Finally doing 100kg cleans and 150 DLs for reps..

going great. will try for 170 kg DL PR this coming week..
